What we collect

When you submit one of the email forms on this site, we store the email address you provide together with a tag describing which form you used (a contact request or a distributor inquiry). When you place an order, the shipping details you enter — your name, address, email, and optional phone number — are sent to our payment system to create and fulfill your order; card details are entered on the secure hosted checkout and never touch this site. Beyond that we don't ask for or store anything, and we don't run advertising trackers. We do measure site usage with Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool we host on our own infrastructure: it counts visits anonymously, sets no cookies, and collects no personal information.

How we use it

We use your email address for exactly what the form promised: a reply if you asked us to get in touch, or partnership follow-up if you requested distributor information. Order details are used only to process, fulfill, and support your order. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Third-party services

Like most websites, some page resources are loaded from third parties: our icon font is served from a public CDN (jsDelivr), and the ROI calculator fetches public Bitcoin network data from CoinGecko and mempool.space. Those services see standard web-request data (such as your IP address) when your browser loads them, as with any website resource. Your email address is never shared with them. Payments are completed on our BTCPay Server hosted checkout; credit card and Apple Pay payments are processed there by Stripe, whose privacy policy applies to the payment itself.

Unsubscribing and removal

Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us at any time to remove your address from our systems entirely — just write to hello@heatoshi.xyz and we'll take care of it.
